Up to £28,000 per annum We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Customer Service Advisor / Trade Counter Assistant . This is a varied and rewarding role that combines online customer support with face-to-face customer service at our trade counter. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities Managing online orders and responding to customer enquiries. Providing customers with updates on stock availability and delivery schedules. Handling incoming phone calls and email communications. Assisting customers visiting our trade counter. Supporting customers with product information and order-related queries. Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Maintaining high standards of customer service across all communication channels.

About You The ideal candidate will be:
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Confident communicating both in person and over the phone. Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working as part of a team and independently when required. Previous customer service, retail, trade counter, or e-commerce experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
