Quanex is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join ZOO and focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions from our product offerings. You will excel on the telephone with a confident, helpful manner and receive full training; hardware industry experience is a bonus but not required.
In this role you will deliver high quality service to key accounts, liaise with internal teams and maintain accurate data while aiming to exceed service targets and KPIs.
