User Researcher

User Researcher Newcastle (Hybrid 3 days per week) £54,000  Bonus  Excellent Benefits I'm working with a global consultancy that's continuing to grow its Digital Experience and User-Centred Design capability and is looking to hire a User Researcher to join its Newcastle team. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programmes across government and regulated industries, helping shape services that are genuinely user-focused.

You'll work alongside multidisciplinary Agile teams, influencing product decisions through high-quality user research and insights. You'll be involved in:
Planning, recruiting and conducting user research sessions Running remote and face-to-face research, analysing findings and presenting recommendations Translating user insights into actionable requirements for design and development teams Collaborating with Product Managers, Service Designers and UX Designers within Agile delivery teams Championing user-centred design principles across complex digital transformation programmes What They're Looking For Commercial experience working as a User Researcher Strong knowledge of GDS and experience delivering to GDS standards Experience working within Agile delivery teams Confidence facilitating user research sessions and presenting findings to stakeholders A passion for advocating for users and influencing product direction through evidence-based research A portfolio demonstrating user research, user journeys, personas, usability testing and related UX artefacts The Package: £50,000 - £54,000 base Company Bonus Pension If you're looking to join a consultancy where you'll work on meaningful digital services, collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams and continue developing your User Research career, I'd be happy to tell you more.
