Director of Pastoral Care; Key Stage 3

Morton Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious Director of Pastoral Care (KS3) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual who is passionate about ensuring every student achieves their full potential.

Working closely with the Vice Principal:
Student Culture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving high standards of behaviour, attendance, achievement and pastoral care. You will be a highly visible presence around the Academy, relentlessly promoting excellence and supporting students to succeed both academically and personally.

This role would suit a talented leader ready to make a significant impact on outcomes for students in Year 8 and Year 9.

As Director of Pastoral Care (KS3), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of students during a crucial stage of their education. You will lead and support pastoral staff, oversee systems and interventions, and ensure that every student receives the guidance, care and challenge they need to thrive.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, students and families to create a culture of high expectations, outstanding behaviour and exceptional achievement.
