* Field Service Engineer

Whether you're experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you’re a sharp problem solving, solution finding, a master on the tools and great with customers, this role could be the perfect fit.

* What You'll Do
* · Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.

· Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on time in full machine provision.

· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism

· Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed

· Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development

· Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards

* What You’ll Need
* * Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems

* ATM experience is ideal but not essential

* A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right first time.

* A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)

* A methodical, problem-solving mindset

* Clear, confident communication & customer service skills

* Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation

* No live or spent , IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years
