Management Accountant​/Finance Business Partner

A unique opportunity to join a multi site Service Group, based in Chatham, Kent. They have created an exciting role for a strong Management Accountant/Business Partner to join the team and work closely with the Financial Controller as they continue to expand the business. This role is office based with no option for hybrid working. Responsibility of the Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner Role:

- Prepare monthly management accounts for over 15 sites in the South East Produce detailed budgets, forecasts and variance analysis Identify key drivers and risks Business Partner with Stakeholders to review budgets and discuss any discrepancies Maintain strong financial controls Support the Financial Controller with month end, year end close including balance sheet reconciliations Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting Requirements and Benefits Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA from a multi site background Minimum of two years in a management accounting role Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of AI tool First rate communication and inter personal skills 25 days holiday Pension, Healthcare This role is OFFICE BASED
