Aboutthe Role
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will responsibly manage clinics, deliver customer‑centric Hearing care solutions, and act as Ambassador for Boots Hearing care. The role involves flexible working, possibly including evenings and weekends, ensuring high‑quality care across all locations.
Your focus will be to provide informed, confident, and supportive assistance to customers throughout their hearing care journey, recommending solutions from our full product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
- Safely perform BSA‑recommended procedures.
- Maintain precise clinical records.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
- Champion Hearing care and generate in‑store demand.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
- Car allowance of £5,064 pro rata.
