We’re looking for dedicated Care Assistants (Home Carers) who are passionate about supporting others and want to work in a company that values and invests in its team.

• Personal care and daily routines
• Administering medication (training provided)
• Mobility and use of equipment (e.g., hoists)
• Preparing meals, light household tasks
• Supporting wellbeing and companionship
• Promoting independence and safety

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• A team player who genuinely cares
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Right to work in the UK
• Good spoken and written English
• Available to work at least 16 hours a week

• Competitive Pay – £13.80
• Paid travel time – 40p per mile mileage allowance

• Support with QCF / NVQ in Health & Social Care (often fully funded)

We know life is busy, so we offer part‑time and full‑time roles with minimum 16‑hour contracts and flexible schedules. All we ask is you’re able to work some alternate weekends as part of our rota.
