Experience:
Take ownership of a critical service area and contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
- Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Blood Transfusion services at Band 8a level.
- Provide operational leadership across Blood Sciences and Blood Transfusion services.
- Utilise your MHRA inspection experience to address and close non-conformities effectively.
- Lead on Blood Transfusion governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure completion and submission of annual compliance reports.
- Maintain full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Oversee policy implementation, quality management systems, and service improvement initiatives.
- Support staff development, training, and competency assessment within Blood Transfusion services.
