This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment at our lodge while also preparing hearty, home-style meals for guests and staff. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and enjoys the outdoors.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Change bed linens, lauran towels, and manage laundry for guests and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and lounge areas.
• Handle seasonal deep-cleaning tasks and organization of storage areas.

• Plan, prepare, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and staff.
• Ensure meals are timely, nutritious, and suited to guest preferences.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory of food and supplies and coordinate with management for ordering and restocking.

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout their stay.
• Work collaboratively with lodge management and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support lodge events or group functions.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cooking (lodge or ranch experience preferred).
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Basic cooking and kitchen management skills.
• Friendly, professional and strong work ethic.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to clean or access supplies.
• Lift, carry, and move items up to 25 pounds.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Maintain energy and focus during long shifts, especially during peak guest occupancy.
