We are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Carlisle, and work with the wider Talent Acquisition Team to deliver an exemplary internal recruitment service across all Service Lines and offices.

• Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned vacancies (including but not limited to: junior “fee earner” and administrative vacancies) in line with our policies and procedures
• Conducting direct sourcing of talent using Linked In Recruiter and other platforms / tools
• Supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors by completing administrative tasks and collating candidate long‑lists as and when required
• Gaining an in‑depth understanding of vacancies to ensure best possible matching process to available candidates
• Maintaining candidate data on our Applicant Tracking System and recommending further system developments / enhancements where applicable
• Compiling Talent Acquisition reports and when required
• Liaising with Recruitment Agencies as and when required
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People Team with the delivery of tasks and projects

In order to fulfil the responsibilities of the position, we would like candidates to be / have:

• Previous experience of working in a recruitment capacity, ideally with managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for an allocation of vacancies
• Experience of sourcing candidates through various platforms, including Linked In Recruiter
• Achieved the CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable not essential)
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
