£65,000 + benefits, hybrid working in Penrith.

You’ll design scalable, secure, user‑focused solutions that connect systems, improve data flow, and support our teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.

• Design, maintain, and promote our target system architecture.
• Lead solution design across business‑critical platforms.
• Define integrations, APIs, and data‑flow standards.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical assurance for projects.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data‑driven improvement.
• Support technology selection, procurement, and implementation activities.

• Essential
• Experience designing end‑to‑end system architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of cyber security, data governance and change control principles.
• Desirable
• Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
• Power Platform experience.
• Knowledge of data modelling and automation technologies.
• Experience with in a regulated, care, education or healthcare environment.

Base salary up to £65k.

Hybrid working with strong work‑life balance.

Holiday allowance: 33 days. Increases after 2‑ and 5‑year service.
