Digital Marketing Manager (Hospitality & Direct Bookings)

Carlisle

£33,000-£38,000 + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Employee Discount + Free Parking + Progression

Are you a Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Specialist with experience across Google Ads, social media and website optimisation, looking to take ownership of digital growth for a unique hospitality business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing collection of destination getaways and an established wedding venue, where you will have direct influence over bookings, brand awareness and the wider marketing strategy. You will join a friendly, close-knit team and play a key role in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

In this role, you will manage Google Ads, social media, SEO, website content and conversion tracking, with a clear focus on increasing direct bookings and improving return on marketing spend. You will also create and coordinate short-form content, improve landing pages and booking journeys, and test new campaigns and channels.

This role would suit a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, Paid Media Executive, Performance Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator with hands-on experience across Google Ads, social media and website optimisation.

The Role
Manage Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns
Improve ROAS and cost per booking
Create social media and short-form content
Support SEO and website optimisation
Improve landing pages and booking journeys
Manage GA4 and conversion tracking
Run email and seasonal marketing campaigns
Office-based in Carlisle, Monday-Friday

The Person
Digital marketing experience
Strong Google Ads knowledge
Social media and content creation experience
Understanding of SEO and Word Press
GA4 or Tag Manager experience
Commercial and analytical mindset
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Commutable to Carlisle
