You will work alongside an experienced team and receive dedicated mentoring and support to help you achieve your career goals. You will become an essential part of the team, supporting customers with a wide range of IT-related tasks while working towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification.

Key Responsibilities As an IT Support Apprentice, your typical day may include:
Monitoring and supporting customers through a ticketing system, including escalating issues to senior team members where appropriate. Configuring hardware and software to meet customer requirements. Diagnosing and troubleshooting monitor, computer and network issues. Supporting customers with IT queries and technical problems. Setting up and maintaining security policies, including account permissions and password resets. Assisting with general IT support and technical tasks across the business.

Developing your technical knowledge and gaining practical experience across a range of IT systems and services. Training and Development As part of this apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification , delivered by Now Skills. You will benefit from:
