Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Are you a dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Cumbria looking to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Our client in Carlisle, Cumbria, is looking for a Permanent Litigation Solicitor to join their growing and busy team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, offering expert legal advice, and delivering excellent client service. This role requires a proactive approach and a solid understanding of commercial litigation processes, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in Commercial, Civil and/or Property Litigation matters
• Be confident running your own caseload and working within an established team
• Conducting business development locally and within the Cumbria region
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Experience of Landlord & Tenant matters, S21 and awareness of the upcoming Renters Rights Act.
