Supply Chain Manager

Location: Cumbria (20 minutes from Carlisle)

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus comprehensive benefits package

This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and effectively
• Develop and optimise production and supply plans to maximise operational efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels while minimising excess inventory
• Manage global logistics and distribution activities
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial, planning, procurement, and production functions
• Support strategic planning activities and contribute to wider business objectives
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Ensure high levels of customer service and operational performance are consistently achieved

You will be an experienced supply chain professional with a proven track record of leading teams within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong supply chain leadership experience across planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain strategies
