• Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring a high service standard and meeting all SLA agreements.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, seeking continuous improvement and exceeding expectations.
• Work to own initiative and follow schedule, acting as a reliable, hardworking team player committed to continuous service delivery improvement.

• Experienced domestic assistant, with cleaning experience preferred – training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
