• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning services in a healthcare setting, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Meet all SLA agreements and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Build positive, productive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and exceed expectations.
• Follow all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work independently with initiative, while being reliable, hardworking, professional, scheduled and a team player, striving for continuous improvement.

• Relevant cleaning experience (training will be provided).
• Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
• Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and have a professional attitude.
• Reliability, hard work and initiative in a healthcare environment.
