Job Title: Litter Picker
Location: Carlisle
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 10:00
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Litter Picker to join our team at a busy waste recycling site in Carlisle. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment across the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Collecting and removing litter from designated areas of the site
- Ensuring all walkways and operational areas are kept clean and hazard‑free
- Assisting with general site housekeeping duties
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Reporting any hazards or issues to the site supervisor
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work split shifts
- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the site location
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71
- Consistent Monday to Friday schedule
