Assistant Venue Manager

Location: Carlisle

Join a market‑leading company and support the venue Manager in daily operations, acting as Acting Venue Manager in their absence to ensure professional standards and KPI achievement.

• Maintain communication with Area Management to meet KPI targets.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business day‑to‑day, including peak and tournament periods.
• Key holder duties such as opening and closing the venue.
• Promote offers, deliver refreshments and snacks to customers following training.

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred year in a supervisory or management role.
• Excellent customer service skills, confidence and ambition.
• Strong time‑keeping, punctuality, appearance and flexibility for a seven‑day operation.

Salary: £28,875 + Bonus + Package
