Biffa Carlisle is seeking a Compliance Manager based in Carlisle to oversee SHEQ across the Cumbria PPP contract. You will manage risk, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with legislation, standards and contract requirements.
Reporting to the Cumbria Contract Director, you will provide expert guidance, lead investigations, drive improvements, and build site relationships to sustain high SHEQ performance and long-term PPP commitments.
