Prism Arts, an inclusive Cumbrian arts charity, is seeking a Chief Executive to lead strategic direction, organisational development and external relationships. The role reports to the Board and drives the charity’s mission with impact, equity and resilience.
The CEO will work with the Senior Management Team to secure funding, develop partnerships, ensure governance and legal compliance, and champion learning disabled and neurodivergent leadership across Prism’s creative programmes.
