We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories. We
are committed to delivering high-quality products to the British public and our

About the Role:
This is a senior

closely with our sites to identify, prioritise and deliver projects that
support the future of our manufacturing operations.
You will work across
a broad range of projects, including capital builds, facilities, equipment

opportunities. A key part of the role will be ensuring that complex and
high-value projects are delivered safely, effectively and with minimal
disruption to live production environments.
You will work
closely with site engineering and operational teams, as well as suppliers,

Lead the delivery of complex,

Work collaboratively with

for capital investment, productivity, reliability and improvement.
Oversee projects covering
capital builds, facilities, equipment replacement, equipment upgrades and
productivity improvements.
Follow a structured project
management process to ensure major, multi-million-pound projects are
properly planned, governed and implemented.
Lead effective supplier and
contractor management, ensuring external partners deliver against agreed
expectations.
Manage project risks,
budgets, timelines and dependencies, providing clear reporting and
escalation where required.
Work closely with
Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and site leadership teams to
ensure successful project delivery.
About You:
We're looking for an
experienced engineering projects professional who has successfully delivered
major capital projects within complex manufacturing environments.
Proven experience of leading
and managing complex, intrusive, high-value projects within live
production environments.
Proven experience of
following a structured process for managing multi-million-pound projects.
A strong track record of
delivering large-scale projects on time, on cost and to specification.
Proven experience of
delivering a broad range of engineering projects through effective
supplier and contractor management.
Strong commercial and
financial awareness, with experience managing significant capital budgets.
Strong stakeholder management
skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders, site teams,
suppliers and contractors.
Experience working within a
manufacturing, FMCG or similarly complex operational environment would be
highly beneficial.
