** What will this role achieve?
** Will be able to carry out packing tasks and work well with others when packing and feeding biscuits, following all site requirements. And also need to be proactive with a positive attitude and committed to keeping high production standards while working as part of a busy team

What will be your key deliverables?
* Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching)
* Visually check for foreign matter / hazards
* Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications
* Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.
* Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.
* Report any problems to Packing Supervisor
* Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Support the Supervisors in the introduction and support of any improvement initiatives.
* Provide a co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line.
* Minimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectively#

* ** Basic numerical and literacy knowledge
* Manual dexterity
* Basic communication skills
* Basic problem recognition
* Previous knowledge of manufacturing environment
* Excellent team working skills
** What does the recruitment process consist of?
** Assessments Workplace English assessment. These should take around 15 - 20 minutes to complete.

Interview – 30 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
