Biffa is seeking a Control Room Operator to oversee waste processing and plant operations in a three‑shift pattern. You will monitor SCADA systems, coordinate with engineering teams and ensure safe, compliant performance across the line. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £33,637.50 per annum and a three‑shift rotation.
You will maintain shift logs, support planned maintenance and environmental reporting, and implement continuous improvement. Overtime is paid at 1.5x.
