We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Hygiene Supervisor to join a busy operational team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.

• Supervise hygiene operatives during daily cleaning activities
• Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules effectively
• Monitor and inspect production areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
• Ensure all cleaning processes are completed in line with company procedures
• Enforce Health & Safety and COSHH regulations across the site
• Support and develop team members to achieve operational targets
• Complete relevant documentation and audits as required

• Previous experience in a hygiene supervisory role within a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards
