Following a recent rebrand and organisational transformation, H&H Group is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead the next phase of our growth journey. As we continue to evolve into a more sales and operations-led organisation, this newly focused leadership role will ensure that marketing is fully aligned with our commercial objectives, customer experience ambitions and long-term strategic vision.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded marketing leader to join the senior team at an exciting point in H&H’s development. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping strategy, influencing organisational direction and building a marketing function capable of supporting and delivering the next phase of sustainable growth. The Role Reporting at executive level, the Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and delivering the Group's marketing, brand, communications and engagement strategy.

You will provide inspirational leadership to the existing marketing team, establishing clear direction, accountability and best practice while ensuring the continued embedding of our new brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with operational and commercial colleagues to ensure marketing drives revenue growth, customer retention, stakeholder engagement and organisational alignment.

We are seeking a commercially minded leader who sees marketing as a driver of growth, customer value and organisational performance not simply a communications function. For an ambitious and capable leader this role offers significant scope to expand influence and responsibility as both the individual and H&H continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a Group-wide marketing, brand and communications strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention and market share objectives.
  • Lead the communication and embedding of the One H&H culture, vision and values throughout the organisation.
  • Act as the guardian and custodian of the H&H brand across all channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Provide strategic leadership, mentoring and development to the marketing team.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen alignment between marketing, sales and operational functions.
  • Lead corporate communications and engagement activities, both internally and externally.
  • Develop meaningful customer engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Establish clear performance measures and reporting frameworks to demonstrate marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Represent the Group as a visible brand ambassador with customers, partners, suppliers, industry bodies, investors, media and employees.
About You
  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience, gained within a complex commercial organisation
  • Proven experience of leading marketing functions through organisational change and transformation.
  • A strong track record of aligning marketing strategy with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence commercial outcomes through customer insight, market positioning and strategic leadership.
  • Comfortable delivering, influencing and collaborating with senior operational and commercial leaders.
  • Demonstrable success in building, developing and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, customer engagement and corporate communications.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Experience with in a multi-site, multi-brand or group structure would be advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
