Main Duties of the Job

The Role

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled, compassionate MDT
  • Support patients and families with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Act as a role model, supporting colleagues and students
  • Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and evaluate individualized care

You’ll work 12‑hour shifts across a 7‑day rota, supported by experienced Team Leads and a Clinical Lead.
