Working in palliative care is a privilege. Youll be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to patients and families. Youll have the time to build relationships, provide comfort, and ensure every person receives the dignity and compassion they deserve.

As a Registered Nurse with us, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care
• Work collaboratively within a skilled, compassionate MDT
• Support patients and families with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality
• Act as a role model, supporting colleagues and students
• Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and evaluate individualised care

Youll work 12-hour shifts across a 7-day rota, supported by experienced Team Leads and a Clinical Lead.

This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be arranged and paid for by the hospice.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver compassionate, person-centred and evidence based palliative care to patients, their families and carers.
