This role will be based in a retail environment ensuring we maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store. Working 14.75 hours throughout the week Monday to Saturday at Brampton Co‑Op. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the retail premises.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order.
• Operate all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and complete tasks within specified time frames.
• Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
• Work collaboratively within a team, while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and continually seeking ways to improve performance.

• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
