Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results
