We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Provide customer service, greeting customers, delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues.
• Help keep our stores safe and secure: prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks and support safe ways of working.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• Stay calm under pressure, responding to challenging situations and supporting emergency procedures.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and create a positive environment for everyone.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations, supporting the store when needed.

• Previous security experience preferred.
• A valid SIA licence desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
• Ability to provide a 5‑year checkable work history within the UK.
