• Work on customers’ vehicles in the car park and on bikes in‑store, delivering fitted parts, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
• Apply practical problem‑solving skills to work quickly and efficiently for each customer.
• Tailor your approach to provide a customer‑focused sales experience.

• Experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive attitude to help customers and understand their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair is an advantage.
• Experience of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
