Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
We are looking for part time temporary sales assistants to join our team over the festive period! We need ideally a mix of weekday and weekend availability ( at least 1 weekend day and 1 day through the week minimum)
Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About what you’ll be doing -Deliver ing the highest level of customer service possible , greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
S triving to meet KPIs and personal targets
Process ing payments, customer orders and reservations
Stock management and shop floor merchandising
Maintai ni n g high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
