The Role As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional store environment. Using your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services, you'll support our customers through their optical journey while working closely with a supportive and ambitious team. Minimum 1 year's previous optical experience as an Optical Assistant, Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant Confidence dispensing at all levels A passion for delivering excellent customer service Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude Confidence using IT systems Excellent communication and listening skills A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and develop new skills Openness to feedback and ongoing development, supported by a team that is genuinely passionate about employee growth and progression Ready to Apply?
