Working as part of an experienced sales office team, you will support customers, external sales colleagues, and the wider business with order management, enquiries, and day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally and respond promptly to customer enquiries Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and the external sales team Accurately input and process customer orders, including verbal orders Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate Liaise closely with the external sales team regarding queries, special orders, and customer expectations Refer export and intercompany queries to the relevant internal sales or senior managers Use internal systems to process orders, update delivery instructions, and maintain accurate records Work with warehouse and operations teams to track orders, manage changes, and resolve issues Assist with technical, delivery, or miscellaneous queries within your area of responsibility Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, identifying areas for further training Proactively contact customers to secure orders or share information about products and promotions Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and visitors

Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner Friendly, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to manage your own workload effectively Access to your own transport is ideal due to location Benefits:
