Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Design Consultant | Carlisle | Base salary up to £26,000 plus a generous commission of £50k - £75k

We are recruiting a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Design Consultant to join a leading provider of kitchens and bathrooms. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding service to customers and designing kitchens and bathrooms that exceed expectations in a high-end store.

• Provide an outstanding 1-to-1 service to customers from initial enquiry through to delivery of the product
• Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers and translate their ideas into a clear design vision in a face-to-face setting
• Offer guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, providing a consultative service
• Provide technical information as required and assist customers with measurements and specifications
• Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
• Achieve sales and service targets while delivering high-quality customer experience

• Experience in a consultative retail environment (e.g., showrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, automotive sales) is preferred
• Strong people skills with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into design solutions
• Willingness to learn and use company systems, products, and processes
• Professional, customer-focused approach and ability to work as part of a team

• Bonus and commission potential (base up to £26,000 with substantial earning opportunities)
