Security Operative

We're looking for a professional and organised Security Officer to join our team. This is a gatehouse-based, lone working role where you'll be responsible for maintaining site security, monitoring CCTV, managing access to the site and completing a significant amount of administration throughout your shift.

What you'll do:

• Manage gatehouse operations
• Monitor CCTV systems
• Control vehicle and visitor access
• Complete security paperwork and reports
• Carry out reception duties
• Answer telephones and emails
• Maintain security records
• Respond to alarms and incidents
• Complete shift handovers
• Work independently on night shifts
• Deliver excellent customer service

What you'll bring:

• Valid SIA Licence (essential)
• Previous gatehouse or reception security experience
• Strong administration skills
• Good IT and computer skills
• Experience monitoring CCTV
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work alone and make decisions
• Professional and reliable approach
