Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic & Lifestyle Assistant at McCarthy & Stone!

Location:

Covering the Carlisle and surrounding areas. You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.

Various shift patterns available.

Weekly joining bonus: £150. Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour plus 43p per mile travel expenses and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning
• Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
• Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
• Opportunity to develop skills and train to become a Duty Manager

• A caring personality and the want to make a difference to people’s lives
• Experience of domestic cleaning or a customer care or service role in a similar environment, such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or caring for a family member
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleaning
• Considerate, patient and professional
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Friendly and approachable
• Hardworking, diligent nature and good time‑keeping
• Providing personalised support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience
