Join multi‑award winning Ciceley Commercials as a Valeter / Driver/Yard Operative and you’ll find you’re working with a team that drives the standard in customer care.

The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop controller and service advisors to ensure customers receive the best possible service and experience of our service department.

Duties involve the valeting of vehicles to a high standard. This also includes all new vehicles prior to registration. Other general driving and site maintenance duties as required. You will also be responsible for ensuring all parked vehicles are kept in order for customer access and collection.

A full clean UK driving licence is essential and previous experience in this type of role is paramount. We are looking for a hardworking, presentable individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills. You must be self‑motivated, dedicated and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valeting of new / used / service customer vehicles
• Collecting and delivering vehicles
• Parking customers vehicles in required areas ready for work.
• Organisation of yard, ensuring all vehicles are parked efficiently and the area is kept clean and tidy.
• Assisting in moving of vehicles when required.
• Retrieving customers vehicle and handing over following work completion.
• Ensure that within the area of operation all company and trade associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met. All statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health and safety, must always be adhered to.
• HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
• Previous driving experience
• Pervious valeting experience
• Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
