Trainee Driver

About the Role

Stagecoach is looking for friendly, safety‑conscious people to join our Carlisle depot as new bus drivers. No experience is required – we pay you to train, cover the cost of your PCV licence, and equip you with everything you need to succeed.

Training pay: £14.10 per hour for 6–8 weeks.

Post‑training pay: £15.20 per hour (39 hours per week). Annual earnings approximately £30,900.

Your shift patterns are 5 days over a 7‑day period.

• 18 years old or older.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
