Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers for ongoing temporary work with an established logistics business based in Carlisle.
Our client operates a consistent trunking operation out of Carlisle, offering a structured Monday to Friday working week with a regular alternating route pattern – the same work week in, week out with no surprises.
What’s on offer?- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, start times between 12:15pm and 7pm
- Shifts of 10 to 15 hours
- Alternating between 3 long and 2 short routes one week, and 2 long and 3 short routes the next
- £16.40 per hour – paid weekly
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
