Onsite Stock Coordinator

About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit an Onsite Stock Coordinator for our retail branch in Carslisle. As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will drive a commercial van to visit customer sites to ensure our Arco onsite vending solutions are fully stocked at all times. The role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week working 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.

As the Onsite Stock Coordinator role will involve driving, it is essential that applicants have a full UK driving license, are able to work autonomously and are comfortable driving a commercial van.

• Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety stores.
• Stock our Arco vending machines on customer sites as required.
• Liaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of service.
• Efficiently manage time to ensure customers’ sites are visited at agreed dates and times.
• Provide web support for self-managed customers.
• Liaise with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and accurate data maintained as well as updating them on relevant customer information.
• Maintain professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleagues.
• Comply with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle.
• Complete weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for logging.

• A starting salary of £27,976 plus bonus.

• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and management.
• Excellent IT skills/knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems.
• The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage your own daily/weekly workload.
• Supply chain knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
