DPD UK is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for the Carlisle Depot to strengthen the depot operations management team. You will work closely with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, building strong relationships and keeping drivers engaged, well managed and motivated to ensure outstanding service is delivered.
You will lead in achieving depot targets for core routes and SPR, ensure routes are set correctly, and manage driver loading and safety, with a 06:00–15:00 shift, Monday to Saturday.
