Cumberland Council is seeking a Highways Team Leader to supervise a small team delivering highway maintenance across Cumbria. Location in Dalston, permanent role with a starting salary of £32,061–£32,597 per year.
You will manage up to five operatives on site, coordinating patching, drainage, bridge maintenance and traffic management with safety and quality at the forefront. The role requires a full UK driving licence, knowledge of highway materials, and proven leadership.
