White Recruitment are seeking a hands-on Transport Team Leader to join a Cumbria-based food & drink distributor in Penrith. You will lead a small transport team, ensure safe, on-time deliveries and maintain full compliance with transport legislation.
Daily duties include overseeing operations, coaching staff, coordinating fleet servicing, MOTs and maintenance, and monitoring KPIs to improve service levels. CPC is desirable but not essential; salary up to £44,000 plus benefits.
