We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Mentor and review work of junior accounting staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and system improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
