Senior Accountant -Onsite

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing core financial reporting related to assets, liabilities, P&L, and tax exposure, while supporting month‑end close and compliance activities across the organization. What You Will Do

• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
• Prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books.
• Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks.
• Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
• As appropriate, coordinate with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; recommend updates to enhance the accounting software.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Net Suite experience is a plus!
• Progress toward CPA licensure preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business‑related major (Economics, Finance, Accounting).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior accountant.
• Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Highly proficient with accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• This role operates in a hybrid or office‑based environment, depending on company needs.
• Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after‑hours support may be required.
• The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
• The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
