Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Product Clerkis responsible for processing allinventory relatedinvoices, including landed cost components such as freight, duty, and brokerage fees. This role plays a keypartin ensuring the accuracy of inventory valuation and vendor payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized,detail oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions in afast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
What you'll get to do:
- Process inventory invoices using a3-waymatch (purchase order, packing slip/receipt, invoice).
- Process offreight, duty, and other landed cost invoices through established landed cost settlement procedures.
- Processsampleinvoices, liability invoices, and other nonstandard inventory charges from suppliers.
- Ensure accurate
GL coding for inventory purchases, freight, duties, tariffs, and all landed cost components. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices by collaboratingcross-functionally with
Production,Inventory Control, Logistics, as well as third party vendors. - Reconcile vendor statements, research outstanding balances, and resolveinvoice related issues promptly.
- Assistwithmonth-endclose activities, including GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) reconciliation and accruals.
- Maintainaccurateand organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and integrity in all financial reporting and AP processes.
- Supportadditional Accounts Payable functions as needed.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within an Accounts Payable department.
- 2+years of Accounts Payable experience, with at least 1 year focused on inventory or 3way match processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills,multi-tasking,and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing a high volume of AP transactions in adeadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of core
Accounts
Payable functions and workflows. - Proactive,self-motivated team player who enjoyshands-onresponsibilities and continuous process improvement.
- Apparelor retail industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

The hourly range for this role is $23/hr - $28/hr.
