HOA Accounts Receivable Specialist (Onsite | Carlsbad, CA)
Onsite AR opportunity supporting HOA accounting during a maternity leave, with potential to extend. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys customer interaction and hands‑on accounts receivable work.
What You’ll Do- Issue monthly HOA assessments and invoices
- Post payments (checks, ACH, online)
- Reconcile AR accounts and manage aging
- Follow up on past‑due accounts
- Respond to homeowner and board inquiries
- Support month‑end close and new client setup
- AR or accounting experience
- Strong Excel and system skills
- HOA experience a plus
- Professional, reliable, customer‑service focused
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
- 100% onsite in Carlsbad
- 2 rounds of virtual interviews
- $25+/hour depending on experience
